Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Act as a bridge between clients and employees to ensure smooth communication
• Handle employee management including attendance, grievances, and performance coordination
• Manage client interactions, resolve concerns, and ensure service-level commitments
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and policy implementation
• Monitor workforce productivity and compliance
• Support management with HR reports and operational insights
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations at the site
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Management
• Strong experience in employee and client management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
