📝 Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Executive who can manage daily office operations, handle tele‑calling tasks, and maintain accurate data and records. The ideal candidate should be confident, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
Manage day‑to‑day office operations and coordination.
Handle visitor management, basic documentation, and filing.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communication.
Support management in routine administrative tasks.
2. Tele‑Calling & Communication
Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, inquiries, and coordination.
Handle inbound calls professionally and route them as needed.
Maintain call logs, follow‑up sheets, and communication records.
Provide clear information to clients/customers and collect required details.
Build positive rapport and ensure smooth communication flow.
3. Data Management
Maintain and update Excel sheets, CRM entries, and internal databases.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all data.
Assist in data collection, verification, and documentation tasks.
Support management with MIS‑related updates when needed.
🎯 Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Strong command over MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Basic understanding of office equipment (printer, scanner, email).
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
🎓 Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
Prior experience in office admin, tele‑calling, or data entry preferred.
