We have job opportunity as Admin Manager. He will be Incharge of managing office procedures and setting up systems to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should be presentable, courteous, and possess good English-speaking skills to maintain professionalism and communicate effectively.
The candidate should be technology savvy, they have basic knowledge of troubleshooting common PC issues and can handle minor technical problems independently.
Supervise housekeeping operations.
Oversee repair and maintenance activities, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, and coordinate with respective vendors for timely completion.
Must be computer literate with the ability to efficiently manage MS Office, Google Workspace, Firewall, and basic computer networking tasks.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for services such as air conditioning (AC), EPABX systems, pest control, etc.
Maintain and update inventories for stationery, IT equipment, pantry supplies, and housekeeping items.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quotes for administrative, IT, and office-related purchases and finalize procurement & save cost for the company.
Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, for easy access and record keeping.
The candidate should have knowledge of eCommerce portals like Amazon and Flipkart to efficiently manage online product listings and sales.
