We are seeking a versatile and proactive Office Admin to join Indian Hospitality Network at our Punjabi Bagh, Delhi office. This role requires a candidate with 1–3 years of experience who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various hospitality roles and manage the orientation for new joins.
Office Operations: Oversee facility maintenance, manage office supplies, and coordinate with external vendors.
MIS & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and office databases using Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word.
Attendance & Payroll: Track daily staff attendance and assist in preparing monthly payroll data.
Employee Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and organize team-building activities.
Front Office: Manage professional correspondence, handle incoming calls, and welcome office visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a combined HR and Admin role.
Communication: Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for professional drafting and stakeholder interaction.
Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting) and Microsoft Word (letter drafting).
Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on maintaining an organized workspace.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
