Founder’s Office - Operations & Client Coordination
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, execution-focused Founder’s Office team member who can manage daily task flow, coordinate between founders, team members, and clients, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This role is not creative-heavy. It is about structure, follow-ups, communication, and accountability.

This role sits directly in the Founder’s Office and plays a critical part in making sure work actually gets done on time and without chaos.

Hybrid role: 3 days Work From Office + 3 days Work From Home
Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
Reporting to: Founders
Assign daily tasks to team members using a Kanban / task management tool (Asana)
Break down client requirements into clear, actionable tasks
Set priorities, deadlines, and dependencies
Track progress and follow up on pending or delayed work
Ensure all tasks are documented and nothing stays only on WhatsApp or calls
Share daily or weekly task updates internally
Ensure alignment across designers, editors, social media managers, and other teams
Reduce confusion, duplication, and missed deadlines
Collect tasks and requests from clients via WhatsApp, email, or calls
Organise, sort, and prioritise incoming work
Clarify unclear requests before assigning them to the team
Maintain client-wise task visibility and updates
Monitor and respond to official & career emails.
Draft professional replies, acknowledgements, and follow-ups
Keep relevant team members and founders in loop on important communications
Escalate only critical matters to founders
Handle basic social media posting or coordination when the Social Media Manager is on leave or unavailable
Schedule posts, coordinate creatives and captions
Ensure client posting does not get delayed
(This is a support responsibility, not a full-time social media role.)
0-1 years of experience in agency operations, startup operations, or a founder’s office role
Strong understanding of task management and Kanban workflows
Comfortable working with tools like ClickUp / Notion / Asana
Clear written communication skills (email + WhatsApp)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong follow-up and ownership mindset

Prior experience in a creative or marketing agency
Exposure to handling multiple clients simultaneously
Basic understanding of social media workflows
