Job Description – Non-IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with 2-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Non-IT positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for assigned positions.

• Need to work and handle both Individual mandates and Mass / Volume hiring

• Source suitable candidates through databases, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, salary expectations, and job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage candidate documentation, interview feedback, offer status, joining formalities, and post-placement follow-up.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring requirements.

• Work on multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely profile submissions.

• Meet assigned targets related to submissions, interviews, closures, and candidate joining.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly activity reports.

• Develop a strong understanding of different industries, job roles, and market trends.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication at every stage of the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2-6 years in Non-IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.

• Experience in recruiting for sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, Sales, Operations, or other Non-IT domains will be preferred.

• Good experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand job requirements and match suitable candidate profiles.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers/MIS.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. An MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
