Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment and be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with clients/hiring managers
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant Non-IT Recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring targets
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
