Human Resources Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Operations

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Qualification: MBA in HR (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile HR professional who can handle both Talent Acquisition (40%) and HR Operations (60%). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (40%):

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-ups

• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

HR Operations (60%):

• Handle onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)

• Assist in HR compliance and policy implementation

• Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities

• Address basic employee queries and support HR coordination

• Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Candidate Profile:

MBA in HR (Preferred)

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment + HR operations

• Experience in consultancy or corporate HR is a plus
