Manager, People & Culture ( HRBP) Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP ) Full time, Mumbai, India As a Manager, People & Culture (HR Business Partner), you will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals and drive outcomes through talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. As a Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP ), you will Advise leaders on people strategy, performance, and change Drive employee lifecycle initiatives (performance, development, engagement) Coach managers on employee relations, policies, and best practicesLead change and culture initiatives Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws Use HR data and insights to guide decision-making Partner on compensation, workforce planning, and talent strategies Support recruitment and onboarding (as applicable) About you 6–8 years of HR experience, including HRBP experience Strong expertise in employee relations and talent management Ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships Knowledge of employment laws and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluent in English What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
