About the Role

HireLink is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join its team. The internship provides practical exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes. High-performing candidates may be considered for a full-time HR position after the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates

• Use job portals, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability

• Assist with employer branding and other HR operational activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or currently pursuing one

• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
