Job Title: HR Executive – Non-IT Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team on other initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and professional networking sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
