We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day HR operations, focusing primarily on recruitment, candidate coordination, and employee documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in corporate HR practices.
Sourcing & Screening: Finding potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling telephonic, virtual, or face-to-face interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Candidate Follow-up: Maintaining regular touch with selected candidates until their onboarding.
Onboarding Support: Assisting in the documentation process, collecting certificates, and creating employee profiles.
Database Management: Updating and maintaining the internal candidate applicant tracking system (ATS).
HR Operations: Assisting the HR team in daily administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.
