Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented PMS Officer to manage the end-to-end Performance Management System for ITC Labs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running appraisal cycles, tracking KRAs/KPIs, and coordinating performance-related processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end Performance Management cycle — goal setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal

  • Coordinate with department heads/managers to ensure timely completion of KRA/KPI setting and reviews

  • Maintain and update performance data on the HRMS/PMS tool

  • Track appraisal timelines, send reminders, and ensure compliance across all levels/functions

  • Analyze performance ratings and prepare summary reports/dashboards for leadership

  • Support in normalization/calibration discussions and moderation committee processes

  • Handle employee queries related to performance appraisals and ratings

  • Assist in linking performance outcomes with increments, promotions, and rewards

  • Ensure PMS documentation, policies, and SOPs are updated and audit-ready

  • Support HR Business Partners in performance improvement plan (PIP) tracking, where Applicable
