We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team at One Club Cloud to manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure smooth HR processes. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20k-25k and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Create and update job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate evaluations.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer and appointment letters.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.
Assist with payroll-related data and monthly HR reports.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across the organization.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a bachelor's or post-graduate degree and 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, good organizational abilities, and basic knowledge of HR processes are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates must be open to working 6 working days.
