Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – HR to lead the HR function with a strong focus on compliance, audits, and strategic HR initiatives. The candidate will ensure all HR operations adhere to statutory regulations and organizational policies while driving a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
Manage performance management systems and leadership development initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
Lead and manage HR audits (internal & external) and ensure audit readiness at all times
Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and compliance registers
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and legal bodies when required
Oversee payroll compliance, statutory filings (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
Lead and mentor the HR team
Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
8–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to compliance and audits
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
Experience in handling HR audits and regulatory inspections
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in HR compliance frameworks and audit processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with HRMS and compliance tracking tools
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
