The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR operations, employee support, recruitment, documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Source and screen candidates through portals, references, and networks.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Manage onboarding formalities, joining documentation, ID creation, and induction.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Track late marks, overtime, and attendance discrepancies.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Assist in grievance handling and maintain a positive work environment.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and MIS reports.
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, BOCW—if applicable).
Handle appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and exit documentation.
Assist in performance review cycles.
Ensure HR policies are followed across all departments.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR/Management).
1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of HR systems, MS Office, portals, and basic compliance.
Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Discretion in handling confidential matters.
