Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

  • Manage employee exit

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and queries.

  • Support induction and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related activities.

  • Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.

  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR Operations.

  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee engagement and workplace policies.

🎓 Qualification

  • MBA in HR / Any relevant qualification.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
