We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Automobile Industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in attendance management, leave records, and HR compliance activities.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
Experience hiring for automobile manufacturing, automotive, or engineering companies preferred.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
