Job Responsibility for HR Executive:

••Candidate must have Diploma/Degree in HR

1) Sourcing candidates for different positions through job posting online

2) Interviewing Candidates & taking them through next rounds of interviews

3) Complete documentation for selected candidates.

4) Facilitate Training & Joining process of new joiners.

5) Monitor & record daily attendance & Medical Leaves of employees.

6) Ensure employees are following the company rules like dress code, punctuality, etc.

7) Prepare Offer letters & Increment letters.

8) Facilitate documentation for Insurance process.

9) Any other task given by company.
