We're looking for an Junior HR Recruitment Executive to join our team! You'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring best of young talent to fill various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1. Talent Sourcing:
- Identify and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Utilize recruitment tools and software to streamline the hiring process
2. Candidate Screening and Shortlisting:
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Assess candidate fit and potential for the role
3. Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates
4. HR Administration:
- Assist with HR-related tasks (employee onboarding, data entry, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
0.6-2 years of experience in HR recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Proficient knowledge of hiring platforms like APNA, WORKINDIA, INTERNSHALA, LINKEDIN, etc.
Good negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
