We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at Sheya Offset to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹26000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and selection process (screening, interviews, joining formalities)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience & relieving letters
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
- Handle payroll coordination, leave records, and compliance support
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Ensure discipline and follow company HR policies
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with management for HR-related matters
