Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional female candidate with strong experience in recruitment, human resources, and office administration. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR
Handle the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding).
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Administration
Manage office operations including stationery, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Assist management with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
Support in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Requirements:
Female candidate, minimum age 25 years.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, and administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
