Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingMaintain employee records, personal files, and attendancePrepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate attendance dataCoordinate performance appraisal processes.Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution. Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners.Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the accounts department.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR/Management.Minimum 1 years of experience in HRGood knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
