Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment for projects across India in sectors like Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Facilities Management, and Engineering.
Coordinate with overseas recruitment agents and ensure timely mobilization of manpower.
Organize, schedule, and manage client interviews in collaboration with agents.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Maintain strong professional relationships with recruitment agents and ensure smooth communication.
Ensure all documentation, visa, and compliance processes are completed within deadlines.
Prepare recruitment reports and share regular updates with management and clients.
Communicate effectively with candidates and agents in Hindi & English to resolve queries and streamline processes.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 – 3 years in overseas recruitment, with proven experience in handling all-India projects.
Qualification: Any degree (HR/Management background preferred).
