Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and support overall organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).

• Maintain employee database, attendance, leave records, and HR documents.

• Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring.

• Conduct induction, orientation, and joining formalities for new employees.

• Handle HR operations like offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and exit formalities.

• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and company policies.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR policies.

• Support management in achieving hiring goals and smooth HR workflow.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Management preferred).

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of HR processes and MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

• Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Salary

12k to 20k (based on experience & skill level).
