Job Summary:

3. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
4. Attendance Maintenance: Monitor and manage employee attendance, including tracking leave, absenteeism, and overtime.
5. Payroll Process: Assist with payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration.
6. Events Management: Coordinate and execute company events, including training sessions, team-building activities, and celebrations.
7. Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including employee conduct, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
8. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and feedback.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
