NexusLink Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Conduct HR screening to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.

• Collaborate with team leads to understand job requirements.

• Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT).

• Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and proactive.
