We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our Education/EdTech organization. The role primarily involves hiring counsellors, tele-callers, academic staff, trainers, and support teams, along with handling employee lifecycle management, engagement, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, target-driven recruitment, and fast paced education environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Major Focus)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
Education Counsellors
Tele-callers / Admission Executives
Academic Trainers / Faculty
Operations & Admin Staff
Post job openings on portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.).
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interviews with reporting managers.
Maintain daily recruitment tracker & hiring reports.
Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
Conduct joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
Handle background verification (if required).
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Handle employee grievances and queries.
Conduct engagement activities and monthly meetings.
Support performance review processes.
Work on employee retention strategies (important in counsellor hiring).
5. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews.
Manage full & final settlement coordination.
Analyze attrition trends and suggest improvements.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1–3 years of HR experience (EdTech/Education industry preferred).
Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is an advantage.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and recruitment-focused mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and multiple positions simultaneously.
Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel & HR reporting.
Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
