Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Company Name and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The role involves sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, updating job postings, and handling background verification. Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for various roles.

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual/in-person interviews, and evaluate assessments.

• Publish and manage job advertisements across hiring channels.

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for requirement updates.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing to final selection.

• Conduct background checks and support onboarding activities.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of resume databases like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.

• Ability to work with deadlines, multitask, and manage multiple positions effectively.

• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week from the Noida office.
