Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

• Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit processes

• Maintain employee records and HRMIS

• Handle payroll inputs and statutory compliance

• Address employee grievances and support engagement activities

• Assist in performance appraisal and training programs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR operations (3+ years preferred)

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
