We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit processes
Maintain employee records and HRMIS
Handle payroll inputs and statutory compliance
Address employee grievances and support engagement activities
Assist in performance appraisal and training programs
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR operations (3+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
