Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Support:
Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain accuracy in attendance and leave data.
Attendance Management:
Oversee biometric attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Onboarding & HR Operations:
Facilitate onboarding of new employees, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities at the plant.
HR Reports:
Prepare and maintain various HR MIS reports as required by management.
Coordination:
Liaise with plant management and corporate HR for policy implementation and compliance.
Key Skills Required:
Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
