Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of trainers/faculty for our institute. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring trainers, educators, or subject matter experts and must be able to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist trainers/faculty for various courses and programs
- Understand training requirements, course structure, and trainer profiles
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal channels
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/demo sessions
- Maintain trainer database and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for trainer onboarding
- Negotiate compensation, session fees, and contracts with trainers
- Ensure timely closure of trainer requirements
- Handle trainer documentation and onboarding formalities
- Build a strong pipeline of freelance and full-time trainers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in education/training institutes
- Experience in hiring trainers, faculty, SMEs, or consultants
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech or Training Institutes
- Knowledge of technical, management, or professional courses
- Experience with freelance trainer hiring
