Role & responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact in the designated zones for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Investigate and resolve workplace complaints, misconduct, and disciplinary matters fairly and promptly.
Promote a positive working environment through proactive engagement strategies.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and best practices.
Drive and enhance branch employee engagement.
Communicating HR policies, procedures, and expectations to employees and management.
Fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and well-being.
Preferred candidate profile
1-3 years of experience in banking (stability Minimum 2 years in last Org)
Proven experience in Employee Relations/ HR Business Partnering
Leadership and project management skills
Travel is mandatory between branches.
