Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule and manage interview processes and feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview updates, and offers.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
