Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 2-4 years of proven experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong expertise in headhunting and sourcing quality candidates across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

• Identify and headhunt potential candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

• Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers regularly.

• Understand job requirements and source profiles accordingly.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.

• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.

• Strong headhunting and sourcing skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements efficiently.

• Proficient in using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven mindset.
