Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
Maintain candidate database and follow-up records

2. Employee Documentation & Joining Formalities

Collect and verify documents (Aadhar, PAN, Family ID, etc.)
Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment letters
Maintain employee files and HR records
Support in onboarding process

3. HR Operations

Maintain attendance and leave records
Support payroll data preparation
Assist in ESIC, PF documentation work
Help in updating HR MIS reports

4. Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Support training & development initiatives
