We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute our recruitment strategy. You will own end-to-end hiring using Zoho Recruit, and play a vital role in building a strong employer brand, creating great candidate experiences, and ensuring smooth onboarding into our Zoho-powered systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across departments
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via Zoho Recruit
• Drive hiring strategies, outreach campaigns, and sourcing initiatives
• Coordinate interviews, evaluations, and offer rollouts
• Collaborate with HR and department heads for workforce planning
• Ensure compliance in hiring processes and documentation
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience across tech, creative, and business functions
• Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit or similar ATS tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or ISO-compliant companies is a plus
