1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records.
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances with empathy and confidentiality.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records in HRMS / HRIS systems.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure timely update of records.
Support the payroll process by ensuring accuracy of attendance and leave records.
Internal Audits
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Assist with audits, PF, ESIC & PT filings, and other regulatory processes.
5. Performance Management
Assist in executing the performance appraisal process.
Help coordinate feedback sessions and performance improvement plans.
