Chillax Holiday is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive cum Executive Assistant to join our growing startup team.

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee coordination
Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and daily executive tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and event management
Maintain confidential documents and reports
Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Be available for flexible working hours as per business requirements
Travel during events, client meetings, and company activities when required

Candidate Requirements

Experience in both HR and Executive Assistant roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Flexible with job timings
Ready to travel for meetings and events
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and coordination tasks
Professional attitude with multitasking ability
