Captain Clean India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Executive to handle end-to-end hiring processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, and coordinating interviews—particularly within the facility management industry.
Source candidates via job portals, databases, references, and social media
Cold call potential candidates from internal or external databases to pitch open roles
Draft and publish job postings across hiring platforms
Conduct telephonic screenings and shortlisting
Schedule interviews with concerned department heads or management
Maintain detailed hiring trackers and candidate logs
Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation collection
Experience with Blue collar workers and White collar workers both
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and feedback
Share selection status, joining details, and handle negotiation if required
Maintain a professional approach in all candidate interactions
Maintain interview records and feedback reports
Prepare and update weekly recruitment dashboards and hiring status
Ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation
Support the HR Manager in coordination and planning of hiring targets
Assist in internal recruitment drives and walk-ins
Help with HR-related tasks as and when required
✔ Graduate in any stream (HR certification preferred)
✔ 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / telecalling / HR coordination
✔ Experience in cold calling candidates for recruitment is a must
✔ Fluent in Hindi, Marathi & English
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
✔ Well-organized and deadline-driven
