Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year in the same profile
Job Responsibilities
Ensure that all joining formalities are completed and joining forms are duly filled out by new candidates.
Validate and update pre-onboarding details of new hires in the HRMS software.
Maintain and manage employee records through the HR One software.
Prepare, issue, and distribute appointment letters to employees.
Maintain and update employees’ personal files and documentation.
Prepare and process Full & Final (F&F) settlements through the HRMS.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
