Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our growing skin care startup . The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment for various departments, including R&D, marketing, production, and sales.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the skin care and cosmetics industry.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

• Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company values and supports employee engagement and wellness.

• Manage performance appraisal processes and assist department heads in setting KPIs and career development plans.

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.

• Collaborate with management to identify HR priorities and workforce planning needs.

• Maintain HR records and use HRIS systems to manage employee data and reporting.
