About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional (3+ years) to manage corporate partnerships, client coordination, and HR-related activities. Candidates with an MBA in HR will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners.
Coordinate internships, placements, MoUs, and training collaborations.
Understand client hiring needs and support end-to-end recruitment.
Handle B2B communication, follow-ups, and professional email/WhatsApp coordination.
Maintain client databases, partnership records, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, demos, and corporate presentations.
Support HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
B2B coordination and relationship management skills
Good documentation & email drafting skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)
MBA in HR is a plus
