Recruitment & Onboarding
Plan and execute the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection).
Develop job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
Manage employee onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to maintain a positive work culture.
Plan and implement employee engagement activities (team-building, celebrations, etc.).
Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to improve retention strategies.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning programs.
Conduct skill development sessions for employees.
Ensure compliance training (e.g., workplace ethics, safety, and labor laws).
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Recruitment Efficiency: Time taken to fill open positions.
Employee Retention Rate: Reduced attrition and increased employee satisfaction.
Training Effectiveness: Number of training sessions conducted and employee growth.
