HR Trainee – Fresher

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

We are hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers for the role of HR Trainee. Candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and willing to learn recruitment and HR operations are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility:

Graduation in HR stream or BBA
Freshers can apply
Pass out year: 2021 to 2025
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Screening and shortlisting resumes
Coordinating interviews with candidates

Support onboarding and joining formalities
Follow up with candidates and internal teams
