Job Description

MediaTechTemple Pvt. Ltd is hiring an experienced HR Team Lead – IT Recruitment who can handle end-to-end recruitment along with managing and monitoring the HR recruitment team.

The candidate must have good knowledge of IT Recruitment, recruiter handling, team monitoring, hiring strategies, and recruitment operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
Manage and monitor HR Recruiters
Assign and track daily hiring targets
Handle technical and non-technical hiring
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
Conduct HR screening and interview coordination
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers
Train recruiters and improve team productivity
Coordinate with management for hiring updates

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IT Recruitment
Team handling experience preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of hiring portals and sourcing techniques
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility

Graduate / MBA preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience
IT hiring experience is mandatory
BPO/Bulk hiring experience will be an added advantage
