Role Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and driven Consultant – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and support our growing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions

• Handle non-IT hiring requirements effectively

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and fulfill business needs

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews efficiently

• Manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously (Bulk/Volume/Lateral)

Ideal Experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Experience in bulk, volume, or lateral hiring

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Details

• Mode of Interview: Face-to-face (In-person)

• Requirement: Candidates must carry their own laptops for work
