Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar / frontline roles

Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations

Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, and vendor coordination

Conduct initial screening and interviews

Coordinate with operations and HR teams for timely onboarding

Maintain daily hiring trackers and reports

Ensure candidates complete joining formalities and documentation

Follow up with candidates to reduce dropouts and improve joining ratio

Coordinate with vendors and consultants for manpower requirements
