HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Consultant with strong communication and convincing skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations and client/candidate handling, along with sales-oriented thinking. Multilingual proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR consulting activities including candidate counselling and client coordination

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable HR solutions

• Counsel candidates regarding job opportunities, roles, and career paths

• Actively follow up with candidates and clients to close requirements

• Promote HR services and convert leads into successful placements

• Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and process updates

• Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement coordination

• Meet monthly targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or related field

• Mandatory fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of sales processes and client handling

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
