We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Consultant with strong communication and convincing skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations and client/candidate handling, along with sales-oriented thinking. Multilingual proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and English is mandatory.
Handle end-to-end HR consulting activities including candidate counselling and client coordination
Understand client requirements and provide suitable HR solutions
Counsel candidates regarding job opportunities, roles, and career paths
Actively follow up with candidates and clients to close requirements
Promote HR services and convert leads into successful placements
Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and process updates
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement coordination
Meet monthly targets and performance metrics
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or related field
Mandatory fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English
Strong convincing, negotiation, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and client handling
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
Experience in consultancy or staffing industry
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
