Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, she/he will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
